The 2013 EcoLiving Fair is tentatively set for October 19, 2013
Thanks to everyone who attended the 10th Annual EcoLiving Fair + Workshops!
The EcoLiving Fair + Workshops was held Saturday, Sept 29, 2012, 9 am – 5 pm at SAIT Polytechnic, in the Stan Grad Centre (formerly the Heart Building). EcoLiving Fair went to 16th Avenue to promote all the wonderful activities. Many people honked their horns as they passed. Check out our photos on Flickr.

The EcoLiving Fair + Workshops is a showcase where individuals and groups come together to share information about initiatives and environmental experiences with Calgarians. The Fair’s exhibits and workshops aim to increase public awareness on sustainable living, while at the same time promoting alternative technologies and lifestyles. Read Mayor Nenshi’s Welcome to the EcoLiving Fair 2012 (PDF). Admission to the fair is FREE, there is a nominal charge for workshops.
The EcoLiving Fair is for the entire family. We have a “Kids Corner” with activities suitable for young people.
The 2011 EcoLiving Fair & Speaker Series had amazing environmentally enhancing exhibits and heard valuable information. We felt that the calibre of exhibits and speakers was the best ever. We want to thank all of the speakers who shared their expertise with the audiences and the exhibitors who are doing an excellent job of offering products and services to reduce our impact on the environment and save money on our utility bills. Check out our event photos here. If you have suggestions to improve this event or ideas for other EcoLiving Events, we would like to hear from you. Please write to info@ecolivingevents.ca.
